Ya'll asked for it so here it is: My 10 day itinerary for The Philippines.

Twin lagoon. Oh boy was it hard to pick what Islands I would explore. I had been waiting to visit this beautiful side of the world for soooo long and I kept putting it off because the planning for it is difficult. The Philippines is composed of over 7,000 islands and transportation from island to island is not that simple or convenient at times  depending which ones you want to see). But guess what I finally made an itinerary and it worked out perfectly and now I am back. I still can't believe I checked off The Philippines from my country list. I will be back one day to explore more for sure! Before embarking on this journey I knew it would all be beautiful but once there it exceeded my expectations. If you love nature, beaches, waterfalls, cheap food and learning about a new way of life this is a must country to visit. I did a lot and saw a lot below I will do a little bit of my favs.  My favorite activities where: Swimming with whale sharks Canyoneering Kawasan...

The Wall of Walls; The Great Wall of China.

World you are so beautiful. Welp. I am back. I am going to write a separate  post for each country I visited these last 18 days. First off China. I was so nervous about Beijing. I did not think I would be granted permission to enter the country because I did not have a visa. I had done a lot of research.  Even after all that the information available online and in forums was vague. Anyway I still packed my bags ( and a red dress for a photo-shoot , why not?). When I first landed I could not find the signage that said " Apply for a 24, 72, or 144 hour visa here" according to all that I had read I was suppose to see tons of those signs....I started to get really nervous. I had already booked my hiking tour and my hotel, what would I do.... After walking and turning a couple meters I finally talked to someone who escorted me to the appropriate place for an on-arrival-visa....there was no one at the assigned booth. I was asked to wait there. I waited for what seemed to ...

My Favorite Winter Trip in Japan, a Weekend in Nagano with the Snow Monkeys

Bathing in Jigokudani, "The Valley of Hell" with some new friends. I tried not set my expectations high because one of my beliefs is to come into experiences and visit places with an open-mind and to never have expectations. BUT I was so excited and I couldn't help but imagine pre-trip how cool it was all going to be, after all I had been seeing national geographic pictures, internet articles and so on... since I can remember about this place. I went to Tokyo first to meet up with a friend who was an exchange student from Guate when I was in high school. We explored Tokyo for a day and a half-ish. We told each other stories and ate lots of delicious food. Including one of my new favorite places to eat at in Tokyo! My friend introduced me to an amazing Cantonese restaurant he had been recommended the night before. I can't believe I have been missing out. Anyway...because my friend only had a full day in Tokyo to explore we did a lot, and walked a lot. Tokyo ...
